Coptolink will deal with all RMA orders according to the following steps:

1、Refund

Coptolink will inspect the product and refund to customer after receiving the returned goods. Refund is expected to be completed within 5 working days.

2、Exchange

If the replacement product is in stock, it is expected to be shipped within 1-3 working days. If the replacement product is out of stock, the sales representative of Coptolink will contact customer to confirm the delivery date of product.

3、Repair (during the warranty period)

Customer could enjoy free maintenance service for most products (except consumables) . Coptolink will repair the returned product and double confirm the performance of product before shipping to ensure our quality.

Is there any fees I have to pay if I need return the product?

Within 30 days after the delivery date, we will full refund or partial refund according to the status of the returned products below.

Functional failures or product quality issues specified by national laws The returned goods is tested by Coptolink designated service center or Coptolink after-sales service center, and a test report is issued to confirm that it is a product quality problem. Due to Coptolink, the goods break, missing, or product descriptions do not match the website, etc. Logistics damage refers to the damage, leakage, breakage, and performance failure caused during transportation, which is verified by after-sales person. Missing means that the original parts of the product is missing. Full refund During the review period, we may need you provide photo and other information or need courier proof to deal with the return ASAP.
